My Story

Why hello, my name is Zackeus, otherwise known by my online/pen name “Inlajin Emerson”. I am the proud creator of the Nexus Universe & founder of Jination!

Born in 2005, I grew up as an odd kid looking back, mainly due to my later-in-life diagnosis of neurodivergence with ADHD & Asperger’s. Safe to say, I didn't make many connections, often feeling separated from the people around me. I spent majority of my childhood in my own imagination as a way to cope with my inner loneliness. That loneliness became even heavier when I lost both my brother and a friend to the ultimate decision during my high school years. What kept me going, however, was imagining a character traversing a similar darkness, but overcoming it and emerging stronger.  Eventually, I began writing down these stories, and when someone told me that my story had touched their heart, I realized something powerful: if my words could touch their heart, maybe they could touch the hearts of many.

That is why I created Aether Nexus, and soon to be other stories. My stories are about characters who battle inner darkness, carry trauma, grieve the ones they have lost, and still find the strength to form friendships, love deeply, and keep moving forward. They are fantasy adventures, yes, but beneath the magic and battles is a very real mission to remind readers, especially those who feel unseen, that their lives are worth fighting for. That pain can be survived. That love alone can be a reason to keep going. That no one should submit their loved ones to the pain I felt.

That same belief is also why I created the Party of Jination. I started streaming as a way to make connections online since I struggled to in real life. Eventually. the more my channel grew, the more people told me they always looked forward to my streams, always asking me when I was going to stream again, with some even stating my streams were the highlights of their days!! To me, Jination is more than a name, brand, or online community. It is a kingdom built around the idea that nobody should have to fight their darkness alone.

Whether through my books or my content, both the Party of Jination and my writing represent the same mission: to create as big of a positive impact on the world, to reach out to those suffering in silence, and to remind everyone good that we come across that they matter.

Creating the Kingdom of Jination and writing my stories have got to be the two best decisions of my life. Not many get to say that when looking back on their lives. And for that, I am grateful—for my Jination, for my stories' characters, for the live I have lived, for the life I have yet to live, and for the ones that make it all worth it no matter what happens.

Autism makes you different, not lesser.

Neurodivergence is a part of who I am and how I see the world. I write for those who feel unseen or different, advocating for self-acceptance and the understanding that being 'wired differently' is a unique strength, not a defect. In the Kingdom of Jination, every unique soul has a place at the table. as long as you don't follow the whims of evil!

My Golden Mission

The Golden Mission of Jination is to create a safe-space community where people feel welcomed, valued, and reminded that they are not alone. Through content, shared experiences, and the idea of building a “kingdom” together, Jination exists to give people a place to belong no matter who they are, as long as they don't follow the whims of evil. It is my real-world way of using entertainment and community to help others feel seen, a way to connect with like-minded individuals, and encouraged to keep going.

The Golden Mission of my writing is to reach people through story. Through Aether Nexus and the other worlds I create, I want to show characters who struggle with grief, trauma, loneliness, darkness, and the weight of their emotions, yet still find reasons to live, grow, and protect the people who matter to them. My stories are meant to become beacons for readers who feel lost or prefer the safety of their own imagination rather than reality, reminding them that pain can be survived, love can be strength, and their life still has meaning. Just like how Goku or Superman encourage me and others to better ourselves, I aim for my characters to have the same effect for those who connect with them.

Although Jination and my writing differ in execution and milestones, they were born from the same pain and carry the same endgoal. One is a kingdom people can join, and the other is a fictional world people can enter, but both exist for the same reason: to turn my grief into something that helps others keep going.

The Story Behind:
"Zackeus"

My name, Zackeus, comes from Zacchaeus in the Bible, a man whose story reminds me that one act of kindness can change the direction of many lives. When he was shown grace, he did not keep it to himself. He gave back, made things right, and helped others prosper. That idea stayed with me: kindness is not weakness, but a strong power, one that lifts everyone around you.

That belief is part of why I write my books and why I created Jination. Whether through stories, characters, community, or simple encouragement, I want to build something that helps people feel seen, supported, and stronger than they were before. I want to make as big of a positive impact I can on the world. To me, that's prospering,

Most importantly, I believe my mother gave me a name that carried such a message for a reason. She wanted me to be kind, give back, and help others rise.  Because of that, the story of Zaccheaus shapes how I see my life, my work, and the legacy I want to leave behind.

That is why I wear my name with pride.

The Story Behind:
"Inlajin Emerson"

When it comes to my preferred name online though, it's Inlajin Emerson.

'Inlajin' is a nickname given by a childhood friend, a bond from the past that stays with me.

'Emerson' was the last name of my grandfather, a Navy Veteran who taught me that heroism isn't just about medals or status. and that there were many ways to become a hero.

Using both is my way of honoring the people who shaped me.
